AffiliateWP vs Easy Affiliate: Which Should You Choose in 2026?
AffiliateWP vs Easy Affiliate compared: every plan and renewal price, integrations, payouts, which tier holds which feature, and the three-year cost.
Easy Affiliate comes from the team behind MemberPress, Pretty Links and ThirstyAffiliates, and that is the first thing to know about it: it was first built to run MemberPress’s own affiliate program, and MemberPress is its home ground, though it now pitches itself at WooCommerce stores too. AffiliateWP is the general-purpose choice, with far more integrations. The two overlap on most features, so the decision comes down to what you sell through, which plan holds the feature you need, and what you pay at renewal.
Prices and plan contents are from both developers’ pricing pages, read on 3 October 2026. One honest limit: AffiliateWP has been installed and measured on our test store for earlier comparisons, but Easy Affiliate has not, because it has no free version and is not in our catalogue. Where this article describes Easy Affiliate, it is describing what the developer states.
The short answer
- Choose Easy Affiliate if you run MemberPress, want fraud detection and multi-level commissions without buying the top plan, or want the lowest first-year price.
- Choose AffiliateWP if you sell through something Easy Affiliate does not list, such as LearnDash, Paid Memberships Pro or Gravity Forms, need Stripe payouts, or want direct link tracking and vanity coupon codes.

Both developers state that the lower figure is introductory pricing and that renewals are at full price.
Integrations: the deciding question
Easy Affiliate’s pricing table lists six built-in integrations on every plan: MemberPress, WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, PayPal Buy Now and Subscribe buttons, MemberMouse and WishList Member. Pro adds Formidable Forms and WPForms, plus a REST API and webhooks for connecting anything else yourself. AffiliateWP lists a one-click integration for WooCommerce and 28 other plugins, including Paid Memberships Pro, WPForms, Formidable Forms and Gravity Forms.
So if you sell through MemberPress, WooCommerce or EDD, both work. MemberMouse and WishList Member sites are covered by both as well. If you sell through a course plugin, or a membership or form plugin outside that list, only AffiliateWP connects without code.
What each plan includes
Easy Affiliate
Basic ($99.60, then $249, 1 site): unlimited affiliates, unlimited tracking requests, a step-by-step setup wizard, the WooCommerce, MemberPress and EDD integrations, the MemberMouse, WishList Member and PayPal button integrations, affiliate application management, a custom rate for any affiliate, a pre-styled affiliate dashboard, link and banner creatives, first-party cookie tracking, one-click PayPal payouts, a minimum payout amount, a terms agreement generator, a private program option, migrators from AffiliateWP and Affiliate Royale, merchant and affiliate reports, and GetResponse in its comparison table.
Plus ($149.60, then $374, 3 sites): everything in Basic, plus multi-level commission tracking, automatic fraud detection, and Mailchimp and ConvertKit integrations (its plan card also lists GetResponse here), with priority support.
Pro ($199.60, then $499, 5 sites): everything in Plus, plus the Commission Rules add-on, the Tax Reports add-on for collecting W-9 information from US affiliates, ActiveCampaign, the Formidable Forms and WPForms integrations, and the Developer Tools add-on with a REST API and webhooks, with premium support. Its page also lists Zapier automation as “coming soon”. Every plan needs WordPress 6.0, PHP 7.4 and MySQL 8.0 or newer, and the developer says it should run on the same site where your sales are made.
AffiliateWP
Personal ($149.50, then $299, 1 site): unlimited affiliates, referral link and coupon tracking, ad-blocker-proof tracking, the affiliate dashboard, real-time reporting, Stripe and PayPal payouts, international payouts and store credit.
Plus ($199.50, then $399, 2 sites): adds commissions on sign-ups, a welcome bonus, leaderboards, multi-currency commissions, assigning affiliates at checkout and custom registration through Gravity Forms or Ninja Forms.
Pro ($299.50, then $599, 5 sites): adds recurring and lifetime commissions, tiered rates, multi-tier commissions, direct link tracking, affiliate landing pages, vanity coupon codes, automatic payouts, the Affiliate Portal, auto-discounts on affiliate links, converting customers to affiliates and the fraud prevention suite, with priority support. A Growth Bundle adds the RewardsWP Pro loyalty plugin for $349.50 the first year (normally $699), with ten site licences in total.

Calculated from the first-year sale price plus two renewals at full price, as listed on 3 October 2026, assuming prices do not change. The pattern is consistent: Easy Affiliate puts fraud detection, multi-level and recurring commissions lower in its ladder, so the same features cost less. AffiliateWP charges more and gives more integrations and payout options for it.
Where AffiliateWP is ahead
- Integrations: WooCommerce plus 28 others by AffiliateWP’s features page (its pricing page says WooCommerce + 20), against Easy Affiliate’s 6, or 8 on Pro.
- Stripe payouts and international payouts. Easy Affiliate pays through PayPal or by hand.
- Direct link tracking and vanity coupon codes on Pro.
- Affiliate landing pages, leaderboards and a welcome bonus, none of which Easy Affiliate lists.
- Measured on our test store: it installed, created its pages and added one stylesheet and no script to the public site. We cannot say the same for Easy Affiliate because we have not run it.
Where Easy Affiliate is ahead
- Price: lower at every tier, first year and renewal.
- Recurring commissions on every plan, where AffiliateWP needs Pro.
- Fraud detection and multi-level on the middle plan.
- Tax reports: W-9 collection for US affiliates, which AffiliateWP does not list.
- MemberPress. Same team, so the integration is the plugin’s home ground.
- Unlimited tracking requests stated plainly, with a point made of being self-hosted and ad-blocker-proof. AffiliateWP also advertises ad-blocker-proof tracking.
- A built-in AffiliateWP migrator on every plan, if you are switching from AffiliateWP.
Ease of use
Both have a setup wizard. On our test store AffiliateWP created its affiliate pages on install; Easy Affiliate describes a step-by-step onboarding wizard and a pre-styled dashboard. Easy Affiliate says its dashboard replaces the content of a normal page so it takes on your theme’s look. Neither needs code for a standard program.

What a GPL copy does and does not include
AffiliateWP is licensed under the GPL, which is why we can distribute it. A copy from PureGPL is the developer’s original file. It is not a licence with the developer, so you do not get their support, and anything that runs through the developer’s own account or service is not part of it. Updates come from us. If you need the developer’s support, buy from the developer.
