Unzip the Theme File
Find the downloaded .zip file on your computer. Right-click it and extract its contents to a new folder.

Navigate to the wp-content/themes folder on your website, then drag and drop the unzipped theme folder into it.

Log in to your WordPress dashboard and open the Themes menu. Your new theme will be listed — click Activate to finish.
