Solid Affiliate Review 2026: The WooCommerce Affiliate Plugin, Examined

Solid Affiliate is an affiliate program plugin made for one platform: WooCommerce. That narrow focus is the whole pitch. It does not try to connect to twenty checkout plugins, so it has less to configure and is harder to set up wrongly. This review covers what is in each plan, what it really costs after the first year, and who should pick something else.

Plan contents and prices were read from solidaffiliate.com on 2 October 2026.

Quick verdict

If your store is WooCommerce, Solid Affiliate is the most straightforward way to launch an affiliate program, and its lowest plan includes things rivals keep for higher tiers. If your store is not WooCommerce, it is the wrong plugin: its own FAQ tells you to look elsewhere. Watch the renewal price, which is well above the first-year price.

Pros

  • Automatic WooCommerce integration and a 4-step setup wizard
  • Unlimited affiliates, commissions, creatives and payouts on every plan, with no monthly fees
  • Affiliate groups, flexible commission rates, coupon tracking and data export in the lowest plan
  • More sites per plan than its main rival: 1, 3 and 10
  • 30-day refund

Cons

  • WooCommerce only
  • Renewal prices are much higher than the first year: $374, $499 and $749
  • Lifetime commissions, fraud prevention, landing pages and subscription renewal commissions are Pro only
  • No free version

Core features

Setup and tracking

The plugin detects WooCommerce and connects by itself. A 4-step wizard sets the commission rate and creates the affiliate portal page. Tracking uses first-party cookies on your own domain, and WooCommerce coupons can be tied to an affiliate so a sale is credited when the buyer uses the coupon.

Commission rates

Rates can be set globally, per affiliate, per affiliate group, per product and per product category. Groups are the practical part: put your best partners in a group and give the group a higher rate, without editing each person.

The affiliate portal

Each affiliate gets a portal on your site with a link generator, their referrals, your marketing creatives and their payouts. On Pro the portal can be white-labelled and affiliates can have custom slugs in their links.

Payouts

You can pay through PayPal from inside WordPress by connecting a PayPal Business account, pay manually and record it, or pay in store credit. The plugin keeps a history of every payout. Pro adds filters for paying a chosen group or a single affiliate.

Subscriptions

For stores using WooCommerce Subscriptions, the Pro plan can pay a commission on renewals, at its own rate if you want renewals to earn less than first orders.

Fraud prevention and landing pages

Both are in Pro. Landing pages let an affiliate promote a page that is credited to them without a link parameter.

Pricing

Plan Sites First year Renewal
Starter 1 $149.60 $374
Expert 3 $174.65 $499
Pro 10 $224.70 $749

The pricing page states that introductory pricing is limited and that renewals are at the regular price. Budget on the renewal figure.
