Every product, one membership.

Themes and plugins for WordPress are licensed under the GPL. Once we have bought a copy we are free to redistribute it, and our members' subscriptions pay for the copies we buy. It is closer to crowdfunding than to a discount, and it is why the price does not track what the original author charges.

Yes. We hold live subscriptions with the authors and download from them directly. Files are scanned before they are published and are byte-for-byte what the author shipped, with the single exception of products that need an activation step before use — those say so in their description.

As many as you like, including client work. That is not a concession we are making; it is what the GPL already grants you. Every plan comes with a licence key, so products that check for one activate normally.

Anything to do with us: your account, your downloads, payment, and files that will not install. Every plan is answered through the support panel in your account — we do not run a support inbox — and your plan sets where you sit in the queue.

The products themselves. On the membership plans we cannot help you customise a theme or debug a plugin conflict, and the original author will not support a copy bought here — you would buy direct from them or hire a developer. Not carrying that cost is a large part of why the price is what it is. The Reseller plans are the exception: they carry the original licence, so the author supports you directly.

It is the plan for people who sell, not just build. You get the original licence rather than a GPL copy, the author supports you directly, and you may stock our products in your own store and sell them on. It runs for six months or a year, and lifts the daily allowance at the same time.

A membership is for building your own sites — far cheaper, and the same files. Take a Reseller plan if you intend to sell: it is the only one that carries the original licence and the right to stock our products in your own store.

For as long as your plan is active. We refresh the library as authors ship new versions, and updated files are in your account the same way the originals were. On the Lifetime plan "active" means permanently.

If something is not in the catalogue, ask and we will buy it and add it. Your plan sets how many you can ask for each month, and once a product is in it is there for everyone — which is how the catalogue has grown to its current size. Requests are not a promise about anything an author has withdrawn or never sold.

One file, once. Downloading the same product again on another day counts again; the allowance resets every twenty-four hours and does not roll over.
