Affiliate Program Terms

Last updated: 2 October 2026
Effective from: 2 October 2026

These Affiliate Program Terms (“Affiliate Terms”) are an agreement between you and PureGPL (“PureGPL”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operator of puregpl.com. They apply when you ask to join, or take part in, the PureGPL affiliate program. They apply in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Where these Affiliate Terms and the Terms & Conditions say different things about the affiliate program, these Affiliate Terms apply.

Joining the program

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
  • You need a PureGPL account. If you sign up from our affiliate page without one, we create an account for you and email you a link to choose a password.
  • Every request is reviewed by a person. Asking to join, or joining a waiting list, does not guarantee that you will be accepted. We may accept or decline any request and do not have to give a reason.
  • The information you give us must be accurate, and you must keep it up to date.
  • One affiliate account per person or business. You may not open a second one to get around a decision we have made.
  • You become an affiliate when we email you to say you have been accepted. Until then you have no link and earn nothing.
  • Once accepted you get a personal affiliate link, shown in the Affiliates tab of your account.
  • Where we have switched the feature on, you also get a personal discount code that gives your audience a discount. Unless your dashboard says otherwise, a code works for new customers only and once per customer.
  • Your link and code are for you alone. You may not sell or transfer them.
  • We may change or withdraw a code, the discount it gives, or the format of links at any time.

What earns a commission

You earn a commission on a qualifying order. An order qualifies when all of the following are true:

  • it is a new order paid for on puregpl.com by someone other than you;
  • the buyer arrived through your link and ordered within the referral period shown in your dashboard (30 days at the date of these Affiliate Terms), or the buyer entered your personal discount code at checkout;
  • payment has been received in full and the order has not been refunded, cancelled, reversed or charged back.

How the amount is worked out:

  • The commission is a percentage of what the buyer paid, after discounts and not including tax. Your rate is shown in your dashboard (40% at the date of these Affiliate Terms).
  • All earnings are recorded and shown in US dollars. An order paid in Indian rupees is converted to US dollars at the exchange rate our store applied to that order.
  • If a buyer clicked the links of more than one affiliate, the most recent link gets the order. A discount code entered at checkout takes priority over a link.
  • Our records decide whether an order was referred and by whom. If you think an order is missing, write to us within 30 days of the order and we will look at it properly.

What does not earn a commission

  • Renewals. Only the first payment of a membership or subscription earns. Later renewal payments do not.
  • Your own purchases. Orders you place yourself, or that are placed for you or with your payment details, do not earn.
  • Orders with nothing to pay. Free orders and orders that start with a free trial do not earn.
  • Refunds and reversals. If an order is refunded, cancelled, reversed or charged back, its commission is reversed too.
  • Orders our own advertising brought in. If the buyer’s last click before ordering was one of PureGPL’s own paid advertisements, the order is credited to that advertisement and not to your link. This does not apply when the buyer enters your discount code.
  • Orders gained by breaking these Affiliate Terms, or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent.

Hold period and approval

  • A new commission is “pending” for a hold period, shown in your dashboard (7 days at the date of these Affiliate Terms). The hold exists so that refunds can be accounted for before money is paid out.
  • After the hold, a commission becomes “approved” and counts towards your available balance. We may approve a commission sooner.
  • We may hold a commission for review, or reject it, where we reasonably suspect that it does not qualify. If we do, you can ask us why.
  • If an order is refunded or charged back after its commission was paid to you, we may deduct that commission from your future earnings.

Payouts

  • You can request a payout from your dashboard once your approved balance reaches the minimum shown there (US$20 at the date of these Affiliate Terms). We do not pay out automatically.
  • You must save a payment method first. We pay by bank transfer or UPI to an account in India, or by PayPal.
  • Bank and UPI payouts are sent in Indian rupees. The US dollar amount is converted at an exchange rate that we set on the day we pay, and the rate and the rupee amount are shown to you with the payout. PayPal payouts are sent in US dollars.
  • We normally pay a request within 7 business days. This is an aim, not a guarantee.
  • Any fee or currency conversion charged by your bank or by PayPal for receiving a payout is yours to bear.
  • You are responsible for the payment details you give us. If a payout is sent to wrong details that you supplied, we are not required to pay it again.
  • We may decline a payout request, and return the amount to your balance, where the details are incomplete or wrong, or while we are reviewing your account.

Taxes

  • You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn.
  • Where Indian law requires us to deduct tax at source from a payout, we will deduct it and pay you the balance. We may need your PAN to do this. If the law requires a higher deduction where no PAN is given, that higher deduction applies.
  • If you are registered for GST and it applies to your commission, tell us before you request a payout.

How you may promote PureGPL

You may share your link and code on websites, channels, social media accounts and communities that you own or are allowed to post in. You must:

  • be honest and accurate about PureGPL, its products and its prices;
  • make clear to your audience, wherever the law or the platform requires it, that you may earn a commission;
  • follow the rules of each platform you post on, and the laws that apply to you.

You must not:

  • say or suggest that PureGPL is the original author or an official seller of any product, that a purchase includes an official licence, official support or official updates from the original author, or that PureGPL is connected to or endorsed by any original author. Section 3 of our Terms & Conditions explains what customers actually buy; your promotion must be consistent with it;
  • send spam, or unsolicited bulk messages, by email, SMS, WhatsApp, comments, forums or any other channel;
  • run paid advertisements that bid on “PureGPL”, on misspellings of it, or on our domain name, or that send people straight to puregpl.com through your link, unless we have agreed to it in writing;
  • register or use a domain name, social media handle or page name that contains “PureGPL” or is confusingly similar to it;
  • present yourself as PureGPL, or as its employee, agent, reseller or official partner. You may describe yourself as a PureGPL affiliate;
  • place your link or cookie on a visitor’s device without a genuine click, for example through hidden frames, forced redirects, pop-unders, browser extensions or adware;
  • offer cashback, rewards or other incentives for buying through your link, unless we have agreed to it in writing;
  • publish discount codes that are not yours, or that do not exist, to attract clicks;
  • promote PureGPL alongside content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit or deceptive, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
  • use the name, logo or trademarks of any original author in a way that suggests their approval.

Our name and materials

While you are an affiliate we give you a limited, non-exclusive permission, which we can withdraw at any time, to use the PureGPL name, logo and the promotional text we provide, only to promote PureGPL under these Affiliate Terms. You may not alter our logo. All rights in them stay with us.

Our relationship

You are an independent promoter. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms makes you our employee, agent, partner or franchisee, and you have no authority to make promises or enter into commitments on our behalf.

Data and privacy

  • Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect about affiliates and how we use it.
  • For each referred order your dashboard shows the order number, date, amount, your commission and its status. We do not show you who the buyer is, and you must not try to find out.
  • If you collect personal data from your own audience, you are responsible for doing so lawfully.

Changes to the program

  • We may change the commission rate, the referral period, the hold period, the minimum payout, the payment methods or any other part of the program, and we may close the program.
  • A change to the commission rate applies only to orders placed after the change. It does not reduce a commission already recorded.
  • We will tell you about a material change by email or in your dashboard before it takes effect. If you carry on promoting PureGPL after that, you accept the change. If you do not accept it, you can leave.

Pausing and ending

  • You may leave the program at any time by writing to us.
  • We may pause or end your participation at any time. While you are paused, your link does not earn.
  • If you leave, or we end your participation without a breach on your part, we pay your approved earnings once any hold period has passed, even if they are below the minimum payout.
  • If we end your participation because you broke these Affiliate Terms or because of fraud, unpaid commissions connected to that conduct are forfeited, and we may withhold other unpaid commissions while we investigate.
  • When your participation ends you must stop presenting yourself as a PureGPL affiliate and stop using our name and materials.

Liability

  • The program, the dashboard and the tracking are provided “as is”. Tracking depends on the buyer’s browser, device and settings, and we do not promise that every referred order will be recorded.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or expected earnings, arising from the program, and our total liability to you in connection with the program is limited to the commissions paid or payable to you in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
  • You agree to indemnify PureGPL against claims, losses and costs arising from your promotion of PureGPL in breach of these Affiliate Terms or of the law.
  • Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction. Before starting any formal proceedings, please raise the matter with us; most questions are settled within a few days.
